We are currently looking for an Account Specialist who will be in contact with our clients and support them in the efficient use of our software programs, EMBRYOAID and FOLLISCAN. Requirements: 

– Proficiency in English (C1) and fluent in Polish

– Strong communication skills

– Aptitude for technical knowledge

– Willingness to learn

– Experience in an Account Specialist role (customer service or call center) is a plus

– Knowledge of the medical or IT industry is a plus

Duties

– Providing client support for two software solutions
– Monitoring the operation of the applications
– Offering prompt assistance in case of issues or upon client request
– Building and maintaining client relationships
– Responding to all client inquiries
– Conducting meetings and presentations for clients
– Developing long-term, trust-based relationships with clients

– Creating sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and company standards
– Ensuring professional post-sales support and expanding cooperation with existing clients
– Reporting work progress
– Acquiring new clients through referrals
– Educating clients: preparing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and educational presentations related to the software
– Post-sales activities: organizing post-sales events such as networking meetings or webinars for existing clients
– Maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout every phase of the collaboration
